It depends on the scope. A standard bathroom floor is usually 1–2 days. A full bathroom renovation — walls, floors, and shower — typically takes 5–10 working days. A kitchen backsplash is usually a single day. We give you a realistic timeline before we start and stick to it.
Every project is different — cost depends on the area size, tile type, pattern complexity, and substrate condition. We don’t quote over the phone because a number without seeing the space is usually inaccurate. We offer free on-site estimates so you get a real number you can plan around.
Yes, completely. We visit the space, take measurements, and give you a written quote — no charge and no obligation.
You supply the tile. We’ll advise on how much to order (including overage for cuts and repairs) and can guide you on formats, patterns, and grout colours. Installation materials — adhesive, grout, waterproofing membrane, leveling clips — are supplied by us.
We install professional systems including Schluter Kerdi, WEDI, and Mapei Aquadefense — applied to the full shower floor, walls, and all joints before any tile goes up. Proper waterproofing is what separates a shower that lasts 20 years from one that fails in 5.
Some dust from tile cutting is unavoidable. We use floor protection throughout the home, contain the work area as much as possible, and do a full cleanup at the end of every workday. Your home is treated with care throughout the job.
Standard grout needs 48–72 hours before light water exposure, and ideally 7 days before full shower use. We’ll confirm the exact wait time based on the specific products used on your project.
We stand behind our installations. If a problem develops because of how the tile was installed — not due to impact damage or structural movement — contact us and we’ll make it right. All systems are installed to manufacturer specifications.
